Wood is a natural material, and each plank is uniquely characterized by its own color variation, grain pattern, texture, mineral markings, knots, and other naturally occurring features. These characteristics are inherent to genuine wood products and contribute to their individual beauty and authenticity. Variations in color, grain, texture, character markings, and finish from one board to another are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product photography, printed materials, and digital images are intended to provide a general representation of the product. Due to natural wood variation, photography, printing processes, ambient lighting conditions, and individual monitor or mobile device settings, the appearance of colors, textures, and finishes may differ from the actual product. As a result, product images should not be relied upon as the sole basis for product selection.

Physical samples and showroom displays are provided as a reference for product style, color range, and construction. Because wood flooring is produced from natural materials, variations may occur between sample boards and the finished installed floor. In addition, showroom samples may change in appearance over time due to handling, environmental conditions, aging, or exposure to natural and artificial light. Such variations are normal and are not grounds for product claims or warranty coverage.

Prior to installation, all flooring materials should be carefully inspected for color, grade, finish, and overall suitability. Installation of any flooring product constitutes acceptance of its appearance and condition. Claims related to visual characteristics that were visible prior to installation may not be accepted after installation.
